I believe the answers was between 2 choices that had something to do with the allowing entry with permission of the duty chief and the other was who was in charge due to the fact that the patrol services bureau sergeant was the first to arrive.

I got that wrong, but that really isnt protestable. Its clear as day in the PG. You need permission from the duty chief to let anyone into the inner perimeter. First sgt on scene handles. I knew it and talked myself out of it. I really shouldnt have dropped this question, it was one of the more straightforward ?'s on the test. Hurts that much more cause im at a 69 now.
