Approximately 9400 people signed up for the exam, that doesn't mean 9400 people actually showed up on test day to take the exam. My estimate is that 7500-8000 people actually showed up on test day. With that being said I'm gonna double the 10% rule and say 15-20% past this exam. I go as high as 20% for a couple of reasons. #1 The test hasn't been given in a couple of years allowing more people to be eligible for the exam. #2 This was a very passable exam. If you put the time in, scoring a 70 was definitely a possibility. Finally with all that said I predict 1130-1600 people passing this exam and everyone getting promoted within the 4 years.

If 1600 people passed I the list could be exhausted in 3 years not 4
