It's question #61 and the question went as follows to the best of my memory it basically asks which is the only situation that would result in an investigation. The answer was "A" the fire arms safety station at Bellevue. The way I protested yesterday at the protest was by saying choice "B". which was using your off duty Glock 26 while engaged in a legal target practice and having an accidental discharge also requires an investigation. The reason for this is the Patrol Guide states a discharge at a gun range while legally engaged in target practice is not a discharge in the Note section of page 1, at the top of 212-29. It then goes on to say at multiple parts I believe on page 6 & 7 in the additional data sections that all discharges ALLEGED to be accidental must have an investigating officer to respond whether injury or death occurred. This statement right here is key, it obviously implies an investigation of some sort must take place no matter how small. As long as the word accidental is alleged its investigated. Look over the section. Page 1,6,& 7 specifically. You'll find what you need. Others fought it from a throw out stand point I fought it for a double answer. If you didn't get "B" you got to fight for a throw out or for double answer "D" which is the Rodman's neck answer. You clearly are at Rodman's neck but they never say you're on the point or targeting. The PG does not mean in the cafeteria at the range or cleaning your gun in class it means there's no such thing as an accidental discharge while targeting. Even that can be questioned when looking at page 6 & 7, speaks solely of just a simple allegation of a discharge being accidental. If you really want to stretch it you can even say choice "C" which is the hunting option was also accidental and local authorities must be notified. Point I made on the protest is the question is basically too vague and by inserting the word "accidental" into the options they engaged a totally different part of the procedure. Which is the investigation part.

Hey I also chose D for this because like stated above, it does not say you're firing on the line, you could very well be in the bathroom or in the lecture hall. Let me know when you've sent it out, because it would be beneficial to us if they made choice D a double answer as opposed to throwing the question out all together, where everyone would get the point.

That question is not getting Thrown out it is straight foward out the key package i just read it

The reason it can get thrown out is because the word accidental is not used in the PG. you can only test exact wording when referring to procedures. Yes it's a long shot but still a possibility.
