Keep in mind that from November of 2010 through November of 2011 about 700 people have been promoted to Sgt. If 500 are promoted each year for four years than a list of 2000+ can be promoted. The test was written so that a lot of people would pass. Even if the test was fair, I'm sure that it wasn't easy. Good luck to everybody that passed, don't feed into the negative clowns.
