Anyone have any idea what time dcas releases the proposed answer key on Monday??

Heard all diff times.. Some people say afternoon.. Others have said not until 6pm.. Cant get a straight answer

The official answer key comes out as soon as the person that scans it is in on Monday. For the 2009 exam, it was published on the Dcas website at exactly 7:00 a.m. I literally pressed refresh at 7 and it popped up.
Similar for the 07 and 08.

i heard that the chief releases the key before dcas releases theirs ..anybody have any intel on that ?
