Just thought of another question.....can we at least all agree that in the Confrontation Situation question that the correct choice was "The challenging officer requests HIS Patrol Supervisor AND the on duty supervisor of the challenged UMOS". Cant think of the letter, but thats wut I chose. The other choice about the burden of proving identity rest with the challenged officer...yada yada yada was close, but something wasn't quite right about it.

think that question did have a trick in it but cant remember it completely but it had the patrol supervisor requesting the supervisors when it should of been the challenging officer requesting the supervisor

one answer said "dont move and show your id"--- you can not not move and show id at the same time another was something that shiled has to be carried in the pocket non shooting hand side, and somthing else which only would be true if the plainclothes was NYPD mos, could be other agencey in PC third was to take cover to the side, not the rear( i think) and the one with who is calling which boss(poss the most correct one)

I dont understand how this is a debate? It was one of the more groundball questions on the test!

I probably don't remember this one as well bc it was one of the few fair and straightforward PG questions of the exam. Basically if you knew the procedure, you should have gotten it right without much of a problem...
