Do you actually protest the questions by mail after attending the Protest Review Session or will be able to protest the questions during the Protest review session?

I'm reading the back of this Pink Sheet I think I would also try to attend the Test Validation Board. Appointmens are made once the list is established

 They do. Its not just a one shot deal. You can send more protests in after you leave. Not sure what the cut off is.
