Same here, I would have 18-22 wrong, depending on which way the double answers go. I also get 2.5 points for seniority/medals, so I would be in it and have at least a shot at getting promoted maybe...
So assuming I make the list and you know what they say about people who ASSUME, I am looking at a 80.5 to a 84.5 based on this very early and possibly innacurrate "master key". Who knows, I still think I may have failed, so lets see more people who really studied either post or PM the poster comprising these answer keys to get a better idea.

She is a brunette C) the cop with the braid size thing D) something obvious

Rich, I know I said this before but I'll say it again. Regarding the uniform question, the only cop who does not require a reprimand is the female cop with a brown clip in her hair. Totally acceptable in PG world.
Remember the fact pattern stated the cops were going to a uniformed detail. PG says a "limited exception" may be granted by the member's CO, due to the NATURE OF THE MEMBERS ASSIGNMENT. Think about it. You don't want a cop or detective, acting in the capacity of a UC or a ghost, covering their tattoos with an ace bandage, it will blow their cover.
Since the fact pattern states all the cops are in uniform going to a uniformed detail, the "limited exception" does not apply here, at all.

So by that argument your saying that any cop that has a goatee but is in uniform is wrong if he had permission and a note from his CO that it directly says will be carried on he member whenever he is in uniform then...and u are wrong ... PG says for him to carry goatee letter in his pocket from his CO because of his assignment ...how is he engaging in these assignments if we go by what ur saying?

If 26 was the nursing home choker, it was do an aided card.
The tatoo or hair clip question could go either way, but I think the female is most correct since they mentioned that your CO told you to inspect them and report back to him, if the cop was claiming he had an exception wouldn't you have to report him as out of uniform ro ask the CO about it. So the only cop you would not have to report to the CO was the brunette female with brown hair clip. They asked who you would not have to report to the CO as being out of uniform. The female was def not out of uniform by any interpretation. Maybe I read too much into it?

It was not do an aided card because it said "do an aided and give it to the d.o." I believe 216-01 says cop submits the aided card to the command clerk

Rich,
I understand your point. But think, a goatee is different than a coy fish that covers a cop's forearm. It's apples and oranges. Both of these exceptions are based on the member's permanent assignment, but for completely different reasons.
You aren't going to make a squad detective shave off his goatee for an 8 hour parade detail. But you would make a narco guy cover his tats in the same situation, since he is not engaging in plainclothes enforcement.
Moreover, how would you cover a goatee? A ski mask?
The goatee exception explicity states that when the cop is IN UNIFORM, he must carry the letter on his/her person. Whereas, the tattoo exception states that the cop's letter will be filed in his personnel folder, due to the nature of the member's assignment. Think about how that applies.

203-07: NOTE: Members of the service who are hired on or after January 1, 2007, must cover any visible tattoos by either regulation uniform, proper business attire, or a neutral colored skin covering such a sports wrap or bandage. Such covering must resemble the skin tone of the member and must cover the entire tattoo. This includes but is not limited to any tattoo visible above the shirt collar, below the sleeve ends of any shirt, or on a visible area of the leg, ankle or foot. A limited exception may be granted by the member's commanding officer in writing due to the nature of the member's assignment. Such approval must be filed in the member's personnel folder.
Hired on or after 1/1/2007 then tattoos must be covered by uniform, business attire or bandage. I went with the tattoo guy as the only one not needing to be reported to the c.o. There is no mention of needing the note in your possession just because you are in uniform for a detail. Although I can also see the argument that brown is similar to a brunettes natural hair color.

We need more answer keys though, 12 is not a good sample. I am one of the 12 answer keys and I can tell you right now by discussing some of the questions on here I now know I dropped a lot of petty questions. I got the aided wrong bc you don't give it to the DO, so AL entry has to be right. I got the druggie cop wrong, I got the ECB return date wrong, I got the suspended visit wrong, I got the pregnant female question wrong, I got the graffiti question wrong, there are a lot of others I am still not sure about even after looking them up!!!
So I got between 18-22 wrong depending on double answers, but is my key worthy of being one of the 12? I will say I did take two classes and studied for 6 months, but I am very uncertain on a lot of questions since I am still not sure what they were asking in a lot of them. Lets get answer key of 50-100 people that actually studied. More studiers have to post their keys or I guess inbox it to which ever poster is making the "master key". I think it was Jimmy McNulty, but who know if he or anyone else for that matter even wants to bother combining more keys, it is a lot of work...
