What were they thinking when they made this test. Who is responsible for this nonsense?

For a moment during the test I thought I was given a rough draft or some invalid version of the test.

Same here, the whole test was a dirty trick. I really would like to know what was the reasoning behind this. What politics were in play here. Was it just a bunch of angry Lt's from the last captain's test getting even?

Lets do it. We cannot let them f*ck with our lives like this. People invested a lot of time and money into this as well as sacrificed time with their families. Not to mention the amount of overtime that was given up to go home and "study". For what?

FYI, 2010 Capt exam had 7 throw outs, 7 Double Answers, and 1 Triple answer for a total of 15 potential extra points. You cam look up final answer key on DCAS website.

No point in a lawsuit. By the time it would get settled they would
be giving another test anyway. There will be a 2013 test.
