Case in point the CED Question. Lokked like a ground ball on the surface but.... tricky. Guy gets tasered. What do you do ? Answer- Have the next higher ranking do the Investigation, right ? HMMMMMMMM.
The PG states that fact BUT ALSO if its say an ESU or Higwway Sgt the PG states verbatim: "The Lt. does the Investigation not the Captain Usually one Rank up but it says if it's a Highway or ESU Sgt. a Lieutenant or a "DUTY CAPTAIN" can. !!!!!
So whats the answer ??? OMG Help Me.

Was at LT all day cram today, instructors were all laughing and saying what an easy Sgt test it was. Basically said if you gave it any effort and failed you are a complete moron. That's how easy it was.

He'll be taking it again in 2014. The rookies made him fail by distracting him from studying with their B.S. collars.
