I've been arguing w/ guys @ my Command for days about this question. A Perp goes in someones house and starts "Strangling" them. They lose consciousness. The Perp breaks a vase valued at $278 U.S.C. What do you charge him with ?.
This has been discussed already many time and your choices are off

4 choices:
A.) STRANGULATION FELONY
B.) CRIMINAL MISCHIEF FELONY
C.) STRANGULATION FELONY & CRIMINAL MISCHIEF FELONY
D.) ASSAULT 2 or 3 & CRIMINAL MISCHIEF FELONY
ELIMINATE D OFF THE BAT. I PICKED C
