The follow-up question contains all (4) correct procedures for going sick. You have to get name, time & control # for all sicks. The other 3 are for REGULAR sick. Thus, the answer for the 1st part should be "offer admin sick & advise that it's good for 1 tour". The follow-up question's answer should be "name, time & control #". FYI, REG sick within 2 hours is NG IF YOU call. Someone else has to call for you.

The discharge question answer was A...investigation was required because it was at Bellevue, not a department facility, which is when the exception comes into play......"discharge at a firearms safety station within a department facility". As for the sick question, I denied Admin too and put he had to go regular, which would entail seeing the doc the next day...that was wrong?

PG 218, IO 51 of 2009-- 5. If the IMEI number sticker has been removed from the cellular telephone, or if the IMEI number is defaced:

Exactly in the patrol guide it states the co will do 49 when accidental discharge in a nypd building..so bellEvue was the answer ..i got that one right.

In one of the key package it states to write deface in the remarks of the pci.

UNUSUAL OCCURRENCE - relating to prisoners means that a prisoner in custody of this Department, or an unarraigned prisoner in the custody of the New York City Department of Correction:
a. Dies, or
b. Attempts suicide, or
c. Assaults a member of the service, or
d. Escapes or attempts to escape, or
e. Is involved in any other occurrence of an unusual nature.

PROCEDURE
When an adult prisoner or a child under sixteen (16) in custody is involved in an unusual occurrence:
DESK OFFICER
1. Notify commanding officer or duty captain.
2. Notify Operations Unit, including:
a. Name and sex of prisoner or child in custody
b. Charge for which prisoner or child in custody is held.
3. Notify Internal Affairs Bureau Command Center (212-741-8401) if prisoner dies, attempts suicide, escapes or attempts to escape.
