This test key is atrocious and off the mark. You claim 20 serious studiers compiled it. The others have 100 serious studiers who compiled it. This key lacks the numbers to take it seriously and for that reason i label it a limp biscuit test key.

I'm at 85 with this key and I predicted my score to be around 80-90 so seems just about right. I say this key can be off by 2-3 questions or even less and thats pretty damn good.

This key is weak...how can 20 participants be better than 100......Dude, this test key is weak at best. If I were you I would not be buying any chevrons as of yet.

With the other one I score a 79 and with this one I scored a 88.....Im passing regardless but you obviously need a bigger pool to base your findings on.

The only problem is that I know for a fact that 63 I got wrong which is A but 64 is def not B it's D. If I remember correctly those 2 questions were from a specific interim order and I know for sure I got the 2nd question right.

Cheaaaaaaa not for nothing since you just joined this board and have a large amount of post (6) on every post you have a problem with this test, from it being thrown out, to people cheating, to this answer key is wrong! It could be possible A.you failed B. you never took it C. just trying to get everyone worried D. All the above! Good Luck guys!!

Sad how you think this key is more accurate because you got less wrong. Are you guys dense or just plain ole stupid?

20yrsandOut, I already said I most likely passed it but the one with a pool of 100 is more accurate instead of this key with a pool of 20 people. I prove my case by teh scores that I got...the bigger pool I get a 79 and the smaller pool I get an 88. DId it ever dawn on you that a bigger pool is better. I swear that some of you are just obtuse.

Hmm. Let's see. Over 4,000 people took the 2009 exam, of which over 3,200 failed and less than 800 people passed. So, CHEEEAAAA, yeah, I'll take the answer key from 20 people who studied hard over the key of 100 average test takers any day.

62 was A......
I stared at it for 20 minutes and then went back and stared at it again for 20 minutes. The choice for D was the Crim Tres just gets a DAT.
The Choice for A was the guy selling 350 worth of fireworks to an 18 year old + the Crim Tres.
As we all know the criteria for a DAT to that fireworks salesman is less than 500 dollars worth and not to someone UNDER 18.

The answer was choice A.

I also know for a fact it was 62, it was the only question I skipped on the scantron.

Yeah that ones definitely wrong. I have an answer key that I did with 8 hard studies all 8 have that. Matter of fact I knew all the doubles way before you even posted them. Unless there's some weird trick to that question like the way there was on a few others it was definitely "A".

This is the answers we came up with, nothing is 100% I would say it safe to assume to add 2, or -2 from the score you get from this list as a margin of error! Anyone else who actually studied & is positive with others can see any other mistakes? I hope this list helped everyone out, it took alot of time putting it together & getting good people who knew their stuff to all contribute!

51 was not B. It was the prisoner unusual occurrence question and asked who you notify when the prisoner punches the apo and doesn't attempt escape. The answer was to notify the do and operations. Choice B has you also notifying the borough which you don't do in that situation. I ran out of the test and looked that one up and was so mad that I got it wrong b/c I went over prisoner unusuals that morning.

the only reason i dont like the prisoner question is because yes prisoner un. does state to call CO/DC and ops but 212-30 assault of a umos states call ops DC/CO and patrol borough command. Throw out question ? lets hope.

think 51 bc i put a line through it thinking it was asking for what notifications for the cop or prisoner or the total event, this is what happens when test writers try to be clever with stupid crap.

If #51 dealt with prisoner unusual's then that answer is C 1000%. I know I got that question right without even looking it up. Desk notifies C.O./Duty Capt & Ops. If the prisoner escapes/attempts is DOA or attempts suicide. Then the Desk calls IAB as well. In that question they tried tripping you up by adding that the prisoner did not attempt to escape. Also I'm pretty sure #62 is A.

62 was a bomb or firework question ? if it was the firework dat its willy and the other guy yes. Its less than 18 if you sell to them no dat. also is the test done so we can give up real answers ?

It could be dogman. But the questions dealt with prisoner unusual's. Its definitely a questions that can be contested.

So is the general opinion this answer key is good to go? Obviously were going to be off by a couple but as someone stated an instructor from one of the schools saw this key and said it appears to be good? I know a lot of people are saying it feels like everyone on here passed but my opinion on that is most of us on here studied and are real into whats going on cause we studied so I can see us passing. The people who didnt study arent on here checking their answers. Im hoping this Key is accurate its puts me at an 82 plus my 9 points = 91 So Ill def take it!
