At least they are calling you down before you would be expected to go in... Which seems like a good sign. More than likely it is just to scare you (and remind you that supv's are/should be held to higher standard).... Blah blah. With that being said... Good luck... And just make sure your uniform is squared away before you go down. :))

I hope to God its nothing that can prevent me from getting promoted for next class, I'm looking to leave my current assignment ASAP. Has anyone else had to go down to meet with this woman?

I went down 2 see her b4 getting promoted and it wasn't that bad of an experience. She'll look 2 see if most of ur sicks are either regular or admin and on what day do they fall (whether on ur last 2 or first 2). Just make sure u have an explaination if that's d case. They'll be a sgt there that will prep u b4 u see her 2 make sure ur uniform is squared away. I've heard instances where she's held people back for at least 2 classes but that wasn't my case. Anyhow good luck.

Ive had the pleasure of meeting with Inspector J numerous times. None were for promotion. They were only for CCRBS. With that said she didnt/dont care about how many gun collars or felonies you have. I was put on CCRB monitoring when I was in Anti Crime and when I tried to explain that many of CCRBS were retaliation for quality collars, her exact words were there some other Cop out there with x amount of arrests and no CCRBs. She then went on to share her opinion on how she knows how I treat the people in the community I work in blah blah. Also be advised shes work INSIDE her whole career. Ive heard every rank she held she was at EMD. Sorry but I got NO LOVE for her. Good luck.

I freaking hate people like her! She ****ing looks down on people when she really doesn't know what the streets look like! Fruck it, but whatever happens happens! She can't take my job but she can hinder it! Any other stories??
