I was reading the NOE for the LT exam and came across this, "You will be given a multiple-choice test. You must achieve a score of at least 70% to pass the test. Ratings for seniority and, if applicable, departmental awards, NEW YORK CITY RESIDENCY CREDIT and Veterans Preference Credit will be added to the test scores of passing candidates to determine final ranking." What's the New York City Residency Credit???? Is it still in effect? How many points awarded?

no such animal anymore.........you have to understand how they write these things up.........they merely grab an old file and edit it to apply for the current exam. An obvious oversight by the brain surgeon who created this new version of the notice.
