For those of us that might miss the next Lt exam on october, what's your educated guess as to when the Lt test will be given again?

Probably about the same time in 2015. This upcoming LT list will most likely go the 4 yrs like the current one will go. It won't be established until April 2012 when the old one runs out of time. Thats when the new clock will start ticking.
