Just reporting from what I heard from a guy with a reliable source that has a VERY reliable source that knows a PAA that works in an office next to the personell office that knows another PAA that used to work there that talks to another PAA that retired 5 years ago who passed by to visit over heard behind a closed door that a P.O. at personell read on the bathroom wall that a reliable source said that the 2009 exam will start promoting after the New Year. 20 every other month up to list number 400.  
Just what I heard.  Its reliable.

Why would you even justify that comment with a reply dude?

Its a joke.  Relax Mr. Intellectual.  If you've been on this website long enough you should realize how many people make dumbass assumptions about when a group is going in, how many people are going in, what they heard from a "reliable source" and so on.
No Sgt list will be cut.  Everyone will get made.
