anyway to find out who has 5yrs, gonna have 5 in July and who's gonna have 5 in Jan on the 2009 list?
this way one can see who is gonna be passed over prior to their # being reached prior to Jan

Considering everyone on the list will have 5 years in January and at the rate they are promoting, the '08 list won't be exhausted until September, not having enoigh time on the job isn't going to really have much of an effect on our list.
