Current rate of promotion

Now that we've gotten our list numbers 
....Next order of business would be judging the current rate of promotion, which seems to be at a steady 45-60 every other month. That's gonna be a hell of a time for some people. The only thing that speeds promotions are larger academy classes. Anyone hear of anything besides this dismal class of 100 recruits. A large summer class maybe?

I heard 1500-2000 will be going in Summer 2010 back in December, then I heard 0000 will be going in as of February. Depends on budget I guess
