If it was established April of 2008, when does it expire?

It was established on 02/01/08 and will expire on 02/01/12.

What is your basis for this information? I agree about the date it was established, but not sure about when it expires, thought maybe 2013.

Well the link below shows that list was alredy established on 12/28/07. Now when it comes to expiration, it says on dcas site that every civil service list has to be active more then one year and not more then four years since the day it was established. Based on this info, I believe that current LT list will expire at the end of 2011.
