I have not been on this board for a few months, but this topic demands that I make a statement. First please keep this gossip to where it belongs THE RANT. Second do not be so quick to judge since every story has 3 parts. 1) your side,2) their side, 3) real side. And last but not least you will all be sgts in a few months and it is no walk in the park, do not smile on a cops or sgts trouble. The same can happen to you, karma is a mother. I personally am very fair and I have had to put my foot up some butt in just a few months of being a boss. Do not believe in green paper(old school) but please do not mistake niceness for weakness.You will see when you are sgts.Stay safe my brothers and sisters and come to the sgts side we have space for all. in defence of jelly......, as a cop I have seen the jamjobs that "work" at mcb, they are a mess, they dont care about themselves or others. If a boss does not fix the issue at hand the jamjobs will jam up the boss, they dont care. There are a few cops a t mcb that are there for BS. A good % of the new cops coming in a bunch of babies... can i get a car? why me and not him? why do i have to go to the.....? foot post why? why ? why? they constantly question the boss...just do it bite the bullet...And if he wants to bang the cops at mcb do it! they are there for a reason, if they dont change their ways they job should fire them. Do you really want to work with a guy for 835 hour who is a mess and dont care to jam you up??

Daisy, let me guess, you're a boss and you did the same thing that jelly did. Somehow you believe that you now have the respect of the cops because you banged out a couple. In ancient roman times you would gain rank in the military based on your actions during battle and subsequently earned the respect of the men under your command. We took a civil service test that thousands before us passed, and yet somehow, almost instantly upon sewing the chevrons on, many feel superior to those under them. You are not special and you shouldn't delude yourself into thinking that you are. You are just another nameless, faceless number to this job.

Alternately, how about not banging on people because you're taken time away from them and, by extension, their families and giving it back to the city? How about not banging them because you were a cop a few weeks earlier or even a few years earlier and you know how it feels to have to make up time so you can take a day off? Bosses scam as much if not more than cops do, but they rarely are reprimanded for doing so, because they, unlike cops, usually stick together (but thats another story). You should really reserve giving out cd's and minors as a last resort not as a tool to show them that there is a new sheriff in town. That only makes you a tool.

  I'm not finding fun in a cops misery, I'm saying you're a dick. You say I'm a loser, but you're banging on cops only weeks after being promoted. Are you denying that you've banged on people at mcb? Because if I'm wrong, I apologize (but we both know I'm right).
   I better not tell you who I am, or I might get a cd when I'm bringing down a prisoner to mcb. I don't think a Sgt should be threatening someone through email though, I think its called aggravated harassment. Be careful Matt, you're still on probation, and you may find yourself back in HOU grabbing 4 skells a month.

I know I am a cop who does not take fun in a cops or sgts misery. It just shows that you are true clown who laughs at someone's misery.If you do not like what i said, who cares what you think of me.
