Quick question I just was placed on monitering I belive its from excessive CCRB's how will that affect my promotion.

Too many ccrbs is going to be problematic for ones to get promotted. It happend to somebody i know. He had to go in front of a panel at 1pp. But, good news he is a seargent now.

I believe you will have to go to CARB, career advancement review board, now.
Usually, thats not a good thing. And yes it can hold your promotion back.
But im assuming a lot of the ccrbs are recent? If so, didnt anyone tell you to stay out of trouble?

depends on what level. If its level 1 you should be fine. especially if your CCRBs are not substainiated. Everyone's situation is different. I was on level 1 and was promoted on time. You might have to talk to a supervisor at EMD but you will not have to go to CARB

Yeah you know its hit or miss i didnt really earn most of the ccrb's i got i was just there wrong place wrong time just bad luck. I think the whole ccrb systems is bs anyway. I appreciate the advice none of them were subsustianted.
