When did they make the 2008 results official?  That would be a good indication of when the 2009 test results become finalized.  If my memory is correct it was about a week or so after labor day.

I was in that BMOC. We had no list for about two weeks into BMOC, then list came out and had to be fixed due to leaving out seniority points, medals, etc. But also remember the other list from 2007 was done except for people who reached five years in January 09 and a few passed over at this time last year. So I would not base when the list came out last year to this year, it was different circumstances.

I dont know if you've been paying attention, but the last couple of years, NOTHING has been going according to history...........we are in a whole new ballgame my friend !

The 2008 list was established so early in September because the 2007 list had no one left that was eligible until January. The 2009 list will be established in the first quarter of 2010, when the 2009 list is close to being exhausted.

I have to agree with bacon on this. Why establish a list if you cant promote anyone off of it for at least another 6-8 months? I'm all for wishful thinking, and i hope jmilz is right, but logic just says otherwise.
