2 lists were run earlier this year and late last year. however, i cant see two lists being run with so many people on the earlier list.

you should know by now, anything is possible........besides they can print (make visible) a list without starting it !

its pathetic. I hate seeing threads like that. It will come out whenever it comes out.

Dont forget that the 2008 list was run at the same time as the 2007 because at that point the 2007 had about 50 names left on it. Half of those 50 went in with the first bmoc class of the 2008 list and the other 25 or so couldnt get promoted until January 2009 when they hit their 5 years. In other words, they established a second list because the first one had no one to promote! This isnt the same thing as the current situation where the old list still has 350-400 names left.

thats just my point. i cant see two lists with so many people on it bein active as many on this forum are suggesting. thats why another test being given in 10 is unlikely (in my opinion) unless the dept. plans on expediting this list towards early 2010
