if you scored between 70 - 75 around what time do you figure you'll get promoted?

There is no estimate at this point. If there were no economic worries and 65 were going in every month that would be a different story. If they keep doing what they are doing it could be over 2 years for you.

My guesses: - Dec 2009 - Mar 2010 for the list to be established. - Top 200 (which is probably 83+) will be promoted in 2010. - 82 and down will be promoted in 2011 - 2012. Everyone will be promoted but its just gonna take longer then usual.

If the list is 1000? Probably not...

my guess is that the current list will not be done prior jan 2010, the new list wont be out till 2010, and there will be at least 700 that passed

Does the DCAS final answer key(throw outs, double answer, etc..) come out at the same time the list is established?
