Find the boss that everyone hates...you know the one that you wish would get throat cancer, AIDS, Herpes, irritable bowel syndrome, and a little case of tetanus.
Take a picture of that wonderful individual and hang one in your locker, one on each of your television sets, and one on your computer desk. Also, put one on the front of your patrol guide.
Every time you think about doing anything other than studying, you will see that lowlife piece of ****'s face and realize you need to study so you don't have to listen to that ****face anymore.
Thank me later.

I kept a copy of my boss' check who did a 1/4 of the work i did and made $40,000 more at the end of the year. He didn't have to write any summonses, not one 250, or collar up.Oh yea he also got more chart days.

Every time my sh#*ty bosses said or did something to me that made me unhappy I sat down and read the guide. I read it to learn it so I could one day be able to walk up to that poor excuse of a boss and tell him how much of a pathetic loser he is. I would see the lack of leadership ability they had and say I can do it a whole lot better. The thing is you have no right to complain if you are not willing to try it yourself. That is why I passed! I am wiling to be a better boss and not be a pathetic piece of mouse feces like them.
I agree the one thing you need to pass is ... MOTIVATION so if it is the money then great...most of the time it is the crappy boss you have or had... good luck.
