Just wondering if anyone here is in BMOC or knows someone that is.  Just curious if there was any mention about the re-adjusted list and whether it would affect promotions, etc...  Thanks.

To get 71, heard only going to 118 on the new list. So if your below 118, get your summons book and pen ready.

What are they going to do with the people in BMOC right now, does anybody know? After comparing the list to the finest message from 8/27 there are people in BMOC well into the 200's on the new adjusted list. Can anyone explain what they are going to do, are they all going to get promoted anyway on the 29th? I guess someone in BMOC may be best suited to answer these questions.

If there are people that are in BMOC with higher list numbers then people who aren't but should be. That is going to be a problem.

There are 15 people already, maybe more, that I know for a fact have a higher list number than mine but yet are in BMOC.

what's ur list #? in bmoc we wrote our list # on a piece of paper. 46 infront of me and 25 behind me. my score is an 83.033

Has anybody on this new list called the PBA or the SBA about this.. Maybe reach out to Labor Relations.. If not get an attorney because they owe you guys who belong in BMOC and got passed over some retro Sgts pay.

u should b in bmoc then.however if u were they would prob send u back b4 graduation anyway cuz ur list # in my opinion is too high for the first class anyway. I think u belong in the 2nd bmoc.

true but by missing your promotion wouldnt you be entitiled to some sort of compensation on money you could have been making had you not been UNFAIRLY passed over?

they wont promote these guys before someone with a better list#...its against the law.

Just checked. Officially there are 22 people in BMOC with higher lists number than mine.

The highest list number in BMOC right now is over 260, Cuban with list number 121 you are the 79th eligible person for BMOC there are 22 people in BMOC with higher list numbers. I have put a lot of time into looking at this list, so there is no way list 260 something should be in and you not, but i am sure they are going to do something to fix this situation.

I am willing to bet the Dept put the class in based on the old list, so they will have to adjust for the DCAS f*ck up, i think the dept. got the wall pulled over their eyes as much as we did and now they have to clean up a mess, that is what happens when things get rushed.

for those who got passed over and was suppose to be in bmoc u will be getting a call soon u will be getting promoted  with this class that is in now and get ur shield and will be assigned to Med Div or APD until the next Bmoc class goes in the dept is doing this prevent being sued and i got this info from A two star cheif watch who was at a meeting with PC,EMD,OMAP and legal

Referring to Cats post, if that is the case it is the most retarded thing I have ever heard of, Lets kick people out of bmoc who have been in there for the last three weeks because they now dont belong there and make them do it over again later a class or two from now and promote everyone who is supposed to be in but is not instead. How about do the right thing and promote both groups together and just have a bmoc full of pre promoted sgt's next month this way everyone has the same promotion date and the guys who should be in right now can get their proper place in line and seniority?
