I didn't know a pending ccrb could hold up your promotion, that sucks because any ******* could make a bull**** complaint and hold you back.  I also heard unadjudicated cd's may hold you up also.  Can anyone confirm the cd thing or advise if anything else could hold you up?  I have neither at this point, but you could always have one of those days.

Cds won't hold you up...I was called and it was un-adjudicated.
