I know entire commands where only inside people passed. Good for them though. Took advantage of their situation. Can't be mad at that.

This is the disappointing part with DCAS. These exams are computerized and all these questions come from a network.
Immediately after these exams are done they already know how many pass/failed. Its not some magic formula or a special software thats time consuming that needs to be accessed, lol. They have the numbers but havnt responded to FOIL requests.
Sucks man.

They dont want to release the numbers because these exams have been, and will be getting curved. It looks bad to show that only 250ish people passed an exam legit, then have a list of 1000+. Look at what they did for the Sgt exam. They released the numbers of raw score passers after they threw out 9+ questions and the list basically doubled lol.

**Congratulations and my hat is off to all those that were able to pass this exam. Stay safe.
Would you define your 6-8 months of dedicated studying please? 6-8 months of studying dedications turned into a 49?? Come on B. Your probably one of the Covid sgts that got made from 2017 list. If you didn't score passing score of 70, you do not deserve to get promoted at all. Just try harder next time..

That list ISNT final for the Sgts exam. Plus dcas NEVER released the number of true passers for the Sgts exam before they threw out questions. So truly we don't know what the number of passers were for that exam before the throwouts. That list could've already been at that number but we will never know. That exam will too be getting curved. Makes sense, we will never know true number of passers. With protests scheduled for 2nd week of April, they will release the numbers after throwing out number of questions (just like they did for Sgts exam). Expect to see some people who scored in the 60s on that list

For the 2022 Sgt exam, day 1 pass rate was ~25%, Day 2 was under 10%.
Did most of the Lt exam failers take the day 2 test? I had day 2 and came in with a 53.

100% not true. The job doesn't care if you're on a list, especially at the bottom. I was picked up while being on a promotional list. They will give you SA/SDS or LSA/LCD pay while being on an active promotional list as well.

The captains list seems to have maxed at a curve of 9 points from a 61 and down. So if you got a 57 you would need to pick up 4 throw outs just to get to the score of 70. I wish you good fortune in the wars to come.
