well that question sounds like a DOUBLE correct answer .....1000 is a grand larceny and the cousin with the bat is assault 2
Thebirds said

It's assault 1. Intend to cause SPI, cause SPI with deadly weapon or dangerous instrument

I think so too, just by listening to some ppl it's different selections but very similar. I asked someone about picking 3 to transport and he told me it's wrong because one guy was on mids....maybe that was Turner making it wrong. So wtf was the memo with chains....that said the Van had it!

Ok so real quick.... that question about the hospitalized prisoner and who can't interview him. I just found online that to get hired as an embassy officer it's through the US Department of State. I saw that on the USA.gov page. I'm using this as a valid source. That's a federal job to my understanding right now. I don't know what the actual answer will be when we see it at prs. But this was very tricky and someone was having a hard on lmao when they were writing this exam. Just saying!

What??? No way my test said the person was hit with a bat, broke their something they broke a bone I forgot where in the body but that was off the bat assault 1 SPI with a deadly weapon. And my exam never said anything about extra transport chains in the van. Mines said that someone from the previous tour lost the only set they had. Unless I missed something with the memos in the in basket I wouldn't be surprised I missed a lot lol. I know for a fact though there were broken bones SPI involved with that domestic. Now I'm seriously thinking not every school had the same exam.

If there were different variations of the exam EVERY throwout will have to be a curve on every version of the test whether you got the wuestion right or not. How is it fair that a person can possibly get throwouts on their version of the test while others can possibly NOT get the points because they had a different version ?
Everyone needs to go to the PRS, as many people as possible.

Guys you're being paranoid. There arent different versions of the test. This is the City of New York, come on really. Giving them way too much credit.
It was a stressful day for all and remembering answers, more specifically choices other than yours was not a priority for anyone.
For any semi-active street cop, assault with a bat would jump off the page for you as Assault 2, but it had broken arm so its Assault 1. (mistake I made)
Grand Larceny 4th was added was Family Offense with an IO. So the Ex taking car would be most correct as of now.
One could argue the car value wasnt stated (needs to exceed $100) making EX taking car possibly wrong.
One could also argue that intention to cause SPI by Cousin wasnt stated either, making Cousin Assault correct.

Since it was stated intended SPI, then the most correct is Ex taking car.
That should settle Family Offense question lol lets move on.
As far as transport. There were 2 choices with 3 names. One had Turner which makes it wrong.

On my test the ex didn't take the car under family. It said her ex boyfriend went into her house and stole her tablet without permission!!! The family offense had him stealing a tablet. Trust me I swear some of these questions are different. Go to Yanosik page, the memo said the transport chains were lost and some ppl on there are stating they had a note with them in a van. This is crazy.

No it was the family question. It was the grandchild taking money off grandmother's counter, The cousin with the bat, the ex boyfriend stealing her tablet from her home and I don't remember the next one. I thought it was weird. Ask around and see if someone got a tablet question, then you'll know there were some different questions.
