Did anyone else received one of these and if so what actually happens on that day? I didnt make

the list so dont want to waste my time going.

I got the same email. And I didn't make the list. I guess I'll go. Just to hear again ....I failed. :(

I think it has to be some sort of glitch with dcas. Who does this after establishing a list and promoting from it?

Its for whoever protested. They will let you know what were the throwouts.
