The City has not sat with the Unions guy ! That meeting you sat in was in regard to laying out a foundation of what a contract should look like. No one has sat down with the city. Thats a rumor. Come one man. Wake up.

In order to avoid a lawsuit and because they gave multiple exams, they will have to curve it for parity. Not really sure why we keep asking the same question over and over again.

Until the throw outs are complete, we wont have an answer to that questions. Theres no sense asking a message board full of assumers. Everyone will get their updated score post-protest. Then the curve comes after. People need to show some patience. At this point, every response lack facts & value. Patience children.

Nope, not necessarily true. This Sgt exam got first, raw scores emailed to them after the exam and have heard nothing since. no updated score post throwouts, no news on what hap at the protest session, nothing. its only know there were some throwouts because a FOIL request that was given to the key showed people who initially failed were now counted as people who passed. No reveal of their, or anyones new score though. no updates have been given in regards to list, scores, throwouts or anything since September of 2022 lol.

You should ask some LTs who took the CAPT exam. Exam takers were absolutely notified of the points they picked up on throw outs. DCAS MUST inform you of that information.

The FOIL lists DO include throw-outs. Several people who failed as per the original email sent in late august (67,68,69, etc) now on the FOIL lists found their name. However, the online DCAS OASYS has not been updated.
They do not include any curve. Whether there will be, or the extent is TBD.

Yea apparently there were people with original scores as low as 63 on that FOIL list so it had to have been post throwouts, but its definitely precurve. However they updated no one from the entire exam on new scores after the throwouts were added, even when requested to.

The Capt exam was definitely curved. Thats how they got almost 500 people on the list. I know a LT who originally got a 68 now close to 80 final score. All the people who failed in my command now passed.
