I keep telling you guys/gals they want the list out before the end of the year. Let's see if DCAS is competent enough to establish a list in 4 months.

The scores were added to the DCAS dashboard after they were adjusted. That is your raw score 100%.
It wouldn't make sense to not have a score on the dashboard, only some people get their scores adjusted, and then they add a score for every person.

No one on this forum can factually answer that. Its a wait and see game at this point. As long as there is no established list then anything is still possible.

Which is exactly on par for what I said. The scores posted on the dashboard are not adjusted yet . This person they are speaking of is showing a 68 on DCAS dashboard. Your saying he passed if going to verify military points. If you are correct, this would mean scores on the DCAS dashboard are not adjusted to finalized yet.

The guys who failed the test could have easily brought a civil suit, especially those who barely did. There was an argument to be made on the merit that there was an unfair advantage for being subject to different versions of the exam. The city should have offered some type of remedy to level the perceived imbalance. I am just saying.

If theres 200+ on the list wouldnt this be the second largest list in history? How does that equate to the hardest exam ever given?

Is there any precedent for anybody taking 3 military exams? There's an IAB lt whose taking this test as a makeup and he took sgt and Lt as a makeup. He was not overseas or anything he was doing stateside training. I don't think this is fair.

Unfortunately military is military. Federal law allows him to take a make up even if hes a weekend warrior

You cant prevent someone from leaving over military orders and in turn they must be allowed to take a makeup exam.

A little over 200 passed the day of the exam. After the makeup exam and throwouts, Id estimate the addition of 30ish names. List will be around 250 names give or take.

According to the investigator, he passed because they wouldn't be verifying his points. However, his score on the dashboard is still reflecting a 68.

So what else could that mean other than successfully protested questions have not been applied to our scores yet on the dashboard? Obviously DCAS has the fully adjusted scores but have yet to post them.

I think an assumption at this point, but they only verify points for military passing grades this is a fact. Remember they applied a curve to exams after the big law suit so not a reach to think they did the same here.

But wouldn't a curve be applied to everyone's grade? I don't think a curve occurred in this case. Maybe DCAS messed up (shocker) and didn't update his raw score, but I can't see them updating some scores but not others, that would be grounds for a lawsuit.

Maybe they had a curve that applied to everyone. Its just not published yet. Like you said, maybe, DCAS messed up and failed to update that gentlemans score on their site. Im also curious if he took the test on the same day we took it.

He took the test the same day most of us took it Aug16th. He had the morning session. I thought I read somewhere on here that there was one throw out in the AM session and 2 in the afternoon. If that's the case then there's no possible way he would have picked up 2 points. We will have to wait and see.
