Really? I've looked for FINEST messages before on the computer and I never found them. I have only seen personnel orders and personnel memos on the side of the screen. I have done searches and nothing came up. Maybe I missed something

You can access them in zfinest. Once you log in, go to "Administrative Messages" and then "Message Recall".

I just saw the finest. They are assigned to bmoc till sept 7. So they have to get their commands by aug 29 cause the week of September 1 will be their field training at their command. (Of course if they have a bigger hook they will move around habha)
