That's what I choice. What did you get for the family member that takes prescription medication for a perp. I narrowed it down to (c) Enter name/address/telephone number of relative or (d) enter address/telephone number and name of pharmacy on the medical treatment form.
It was asking least correct. The answer was put the name of the prescription in the command log. I gave away an easy one.

The patrol guide states to do both 210-04 "Prepare Medical Treatment of Prisoner form when a properly identified relative or member of the prisoner's household appears at any department facility where the pre-arraignment prisoner is located and........The uniformed member preparing the form will ensure that all pertinent information is entered in the appropriate captions and in the "remarks" section, including the name, address, and telephone number of the relative or household member, name of medication, nature of medical condition, and the name, address, and telephone numbers of the pharmacy and any physician noted on the label of any pharmacy container."

No it's not. Crime scene with crime scene tape was not an option. The choice was establish police lines using crime scene tape. That is wrong, leaving correct choice being set up command post.

Anyone remember the prisoner medication question? Were they looking for least correct or most correct? I remember one choice with medical treatment prisoner form having you put the name of the pharmacy in it. Another I think had both DO's making a CL entry? Was that the same question, I forgot, anyone remember that one well?

Just looked it up and you don't put the name of the pharmacy in the command log. What a cheap a** question. These type of questions just isn't right. I could see if they made one or 2 questions like this but the whole test was ignorant. I hope the lieutenants who wrote this are taking the captains exam and get the same treatment and let's see how they like it.

But is it limited to just those people? I dunno? Is a roommate a family type relationship or an intimate relationship where you do spend a considerable amount of time together. The book does need an update, that is def up for interpretation...

The question regarding identity theft. This is from the crime reporting guide which resembles the question we had on the exam.
8. The complainant/victim resides within NYC (confines of the 32nd Pct), and her personal identification information was used to obtain a credit card for which she did not apply. The victim was informed that the credit card was sent to an address located in Connecticut and $485 worth of purchases were made over the Internet within NYC. The property was delivered to New Jersey.
Classification: This incident will be recorded as PETIT LARCENY not Criminal Impersonation. The unlawfully obtained credit card was NOT sent to NYC, and $485 dollars worth of merchandise was purchased within NYC by phone or internet.
Jurisdiction: The complaint will be recorded in the 32nd Pct, the complainants resident precinct.

That was can be protested. It says in 207 "member of the family", but in doesn't define what that is exactly. In 208 a family is defined by the family court act and an "intimate relationship" is now a catch all and very open for interpretation. It states in the note following the family court act stuff about not necessarily a sexual/dating relationship, but could be a close relationship with a lot of interaction and shared expenses. Do roommates not share bills and constantly interact in a social context and even a family type context? A few years ago before they revised the Family Court Act, I would agree, don't take a missing in the book world for a roommate. But now? Take the missing.
Also you can argue this test was loaded with interpretation and judgement, in the real world you wouldn't take a missing from a roommate? I know I would. Definite protest. Even if you look up the word "intimate" in the dictionary, a roommate would fit depending on which number you look at to define it....

The patrol guide states missing can be reported by relatives/hospital or school administrator.
