I protested 7 but I already know of 3 that we don't have a chance on the one you were saying with the family offense. The commercial vehicle one and the 15 year old missing. I'm so mad with the 15 year old missing because the answer I chose was missing report 61 and youth referral. I said youth referral because they said she left school at 10 am in good physical and mental health meaning no dr note excusal so she was cutting school. My answer is right in terms of forms needed expect that I didn't have the juvenile and their answer was right except they didn't have a youth referral which is required. But they locked us in to 207-23 missings! So I'm so mad that they tricked me like that. So upset.
and not for nothing where in the world is this crime reference guide?? I looked everywhere on the intrenet nobody has it in my command it wasn't given to us in class. we supposed to study from all sorts of guides and yet they test us on the one that is the hardest to obtain!!??

No there are people protesting though because they are saying that they never said that the vehicle that was hit was drivable. So you had to just assume yourself that it is drivable. A lot of questions were like that you had to assume stuff. Like the scaffold collapse question that said that two people sustained injuries so you had to assume that the injuries were minor in order to satisfy their proposed answer. Everything is assume lol

The answer they had listed for the apprehension plan question was "debrief civilian witnesses who have sustained minor injuries".
That is under the note on step 12 of 213-12.
But "Establish a command post" was also an option !!
Establish a command post is step 16 !!!
Guys I remember this one clearly. Im 90% sure thats the one I chose and got it marked wrong.
We might have a double answer here !! Look it up !!

Regarding the family offense: If there was no value of the car, stealing the car could have been a petit larceny of a vehicle, since gla is a car valued at over $100.
