Their answer was Burglary I fought that one. I read the penal for Burglary several times looking for this and it's no where in there. Only vehicle considered for Burglary is a trailer a movable home. Ok thanks. Now that's a bummer.... hopefully I could find a point somewhere else.

I read that question 12 times, it said the a driver got rear ended by a second car (which turned out to be stolen), whose driver fled. The driver of the first car said he was good to go, but when the cops looked at the damage they saw his "wheel broke off the axel of the other car". I was stuck trying to decide if the stolen car's axel was broken, or if the first car's wheel was broken off. So I'm going to protest HOW that question was written, hopefully make it a double answer or throw out the entire question altogether.
Bro you read my damn mind. I thought I was the only one who felt the way. I read that question literally 10 times and said to myself it was T5 because of that reason.

The answer was for the first supervisor on scene 212-58 step 22 proceed immediately to fdny incident command post
I chose step 23 in the guide for the first supervisor to tell the fdny incident commander of the number of mos inside the affected building.
the other two choices I didn't read I think it pertained to the second supervisor not the first. I just felt like if they put two answers that were word for word from the guide then it's clearly a double answer. The question asked for most correct answer so they can argue that step 22 comes before 23. I think that's petty. The question never asked for what to do first or next.

I remember the last question I protested it was about a level one take down of a guy who then needed stitches because he must of cut himself when he was taken down to the ground. The answer they chose was that it was a level one and Umos prepares part A and Co/Duty Captain investigates. I got all confused there cause I thought it brought it up to a level 2 but then It was a level one use of force. I picked the first one level 1 and immediate supervisor investigates. What I don't like is how it was level 1 and then because of the stitches it's a level 2 but According to them it's still a level 1 on paper but co duty investigates because of the physical injury substantial pain. This crap can't stand it. I fought it I don't think I have a chance on that one. They really made it a point to twist every scenario flip it from one thing to another. The reason why I picked my answer was because it wasn't a serious physical injury. But I forgot about the physical injury substanial pain part. Can't stand that.

I recall that question being written the exact way you remember it. The way I recall it was they mentioned the sgt by name and asked what he is responsible to do. There were two choices that were incident commander duties and one PS duty. I recall the conditions boss getting in first. I have my protest coming up and will look out for this question.
I was there yesterday and I'm telling you exactly what I saw you are confusing this with another question that I got wrong Which i didn't fight because it was word for word in the guide with the conditions sgt. The correct proposed answer that specific question was to radio central and say whether you are plain clothes and all umos in the building. I think that was the apprehension or active shooter question. I didn't fight that one they were right. I'm not making anything up I was there yesterday.
