I did 3....I almost chose 4....someone I know said 4 because of the guy that said he had aids you have to put it on there when they volunteer it...hwoever it stated he did have aids on a movement slip in the in basket. according to the pg you only put that on the medical treatment form IF ITS NOT already on the booking slip or whatever its called
nypd2010 said

Supposedly its 3 because the guy with aids already had it listed on the movement slip and you don't list it twice . I dropped that one. Do you remember the dept. veh accident question with cops from another command. I picked that the patrol Supervisor preprEs a par x4 but inheard the answer is the p/s determines if a summons should be issued to a civilian operator

Wait how is it 3 for the medical treatment? I thought it was 2, the guy who went to the hospital and the guy who asked to go, but then RMA'd.
For the transport you had to send 3 cops because it was more than 2 prisoners without chains.

Also they made the aided 66 and said the guy that hit him it was his 55th bday making him exactly over 10 years younger causing it to be Assault 2. Both those questions & answers had me upset! Lol

The preliminary information stated the precinct's only set of transport chains were lost. The answer for the transport is definitely 3 cops.

Also, the 207 question regarding notifying IAB, it was the officers on scene right?
fire question- supervisor I chose advise FDNY incident commander of the number of mos in the building but i heard a few people say it was proceed immediately to the incident command post
For the (2) fire questions, one is for the Sgt to report to the incident command post, and the other was for the sector (second sector on scene) to account for the UMOS's.

For the Marijuana question. 209-38 clearly states "Delay arrest processing a reasonable amount of time to allow the delivery of such documents"
One of the choices said issue C summons but for the incorrect charge of 221.10 (should be 221.05)
The other choice said put them through but also under the incorrect charge of 221.05 (should be 221.10)
Cant remember the 4th choice but cant see how DCAS tried to trip you up unless I'm missing something.

The worst part about all the tricky questions is it made the few straight forward ones tricky precisely because they weren't. You're looking for a catch that isn't there and it throws you off. I dropped a couple points because of that.
