After everyone cried about 54, I looked at it completely with the pg yesterday and I do believe it will likely stand OR be A/D
My B on that question is finished. Totally misread it

This is True. They forced him out .. I guess he ran his time then came back some how as the 47 XO. He did most of his time in bronx . He had to beg through Union to get to queens. I believe he lives in queens of Long Island. He definitely isn't well liked

I bet if you were on the failing side of 70 you wouldn't be saying that LOL
That's the thing B, people break my balls about being pessimistic but I'd rather expect the worst and hope for the best. People who are failing (like me) SHOULD NOT hitch their hopes on the ops orders being tossed. They ****ed up on the NOE, yes, but we're gonna get hosed.

everyone keeps saying number 1....no one has presented evidence to me why 1 is A or why 1 is B....if you cant prove it to me, then i stick with the original answer. I have my reason for B, but seems too simple to be the answer for a test like this one

Double at the very least. I went over it with a fine tooth comb, guide in hand. Both A and C were correct for that actors duties.

Don't you worry those rumors will start once our list comes out. I'm surprised the "BREAKING NEWS: TEST IS BEING THROWN OUT DUES TO LAWSUITS AND RAMPANT CHEATING" rumors haven't started. I miss the trolls.

Really. ... How were they research questions? All the operation order questions counted. 17, 18, 27or28 and I think 79. I know becausei got them all wrong. Had they been patrol guide questions I would be sitting at a 70. I don't have a problem with them being tested. Just list them on the NOE. It seems they copied the 2011 lt exam noe. 2011 lt noe= no operation orders

Does anyone has a list of all the questions that were from the Operations Orders and the complaint reporting guide? I need to know what numbers they were. I do not need to know the exact question just what number on the exam that it was.
In order to file a suit against DCAS you need to file a protest against the question in order to have standing in court. I need to know all the Ops orders and the complaint reporting guide test question number in order to file the papers.
Please help we can get all the Ops Orders and Complaint Reporting Guide questions thrown out.

Brklyn,
I had B. It asks for LEAST CORRECT. I think you can articulate double A/D and that's it
If you can successfully articulate that A is actually a correct statement and the test writers misinterpreted the Patrol Guide the question is now a throw out. Again, reaching a little, but there's a chance.

I protested 54 as a double A/D . Since they were asking for the LEAST CORRECT you can argue A but that is still iffy . 78 should be a double since the body of the question states " given from the information above" then locks you into procedure that contradicts the information above is a valid argument but is still a shot in the dark. Even if some of those from the list above don't get chucked im sure others will. 128 passers ? They would have to announce another test as soon as the list comes out. If they managed to make a list of 661 lieutenants from 240 which is almost triple on the 2011 lt test, they'll have to do something for this disaster of a test even if they have to throw out all the ops orders but thats just my opinion

Seriously though guys, stop trying to quantify what will get thrown out and what won't. This is something that his highly subjective, and quite frankly, it doesn't matter our opinion anyway. It all depends on what the TVB decides, and we will have to sit and wait patiently for them.
The purpose of this thread should be to potentially discuss (specifics over PM) a method of protesting specific questions. We have around 2 weeks left to protest by mail, we should focus on that and when the time is up, it's out of our hands. Stop counting our chickens before they hatch.

I don't see how 45 is a double either. Every answer has something in it that makes the statement incorrect.
