I hope there's an April class for my friend and THEN they get the waiver to take the test

I know I'm hoping for alot

i think the 2001 exam was the only time they had a waiver. they may not give it again.

Is there anyone out there that reasonably believes this list will be cut? I'm still hearing a lot of rumors about it possibly happening.
