If they promote in Dec..what date would it fall on? Right before xmas or new years?

Yup. We'll get an idea when they put the Sgts bmoc in at the beginning of december

just be aware that recruits graduate on Dec 28th - so i am sure they wont promote that day

I think Friday Dec 21 would make the most sense.
