list# 711, meaning 710 was promoted - 47 passovers, is what, about 663 promoted? So if that is accurate with 1663 on the list, there are 1000 people still waiting with a new exam at the earliest could have an established list about 6 months later in about April 2014? Or maybe a list established waaaaay later, like a couple of years later to get to the remaining 1000?
1000 people realistically would take well over 2 years at the rate they have been going. Anyone else thinking this list isn't long for the world?

So it would take 17 class's at an average of 59 per class. If my math is wrong please correct me.

It took nearly 2 years for the 1st class of the '09 test to get promoted. So I wouldn't worry too much about the other test. But damn this list is long. If I was list # 1200 or lower I'd be preparing for the next test.
