Also heads up... whoever is in an administrative position as a PO instead of summer all out will be doing a field training program in various commands. There's 25 cops on that list, it's a new program that they are trying out with the remaining guys and gals on the list. Good luck

the classes are about the written questions and the inbasket lesson...sure, studying the book can help you learn the material, but learning the test is easier

It was up before but the poster deleted it. I'd check your command finest printer or the intranet. I believe you had to be off patrol for more than 2 years.

And from what I understand, you're going to drive a sergeant the whole time. You're not part of operation all-out.

It's everyone left on the list regardless of assignment whether patrol or not.. and not always driving a sgt.. you will be also ADO, do a tour with NCO, DVO, etc.. and whatever the commands we are assigned to deem necessary aka foot posts, sector cars.. etc.. and no sorry don't have the list.. a lot of people haven't been notified yet

IF you are transferred to PSB you will be redesignated DET Specialist. DTS do get chart days. sounds like a win.

There's two list as of now. Everyone that is not going into the upcoming classes is on one of the lists. List A are going to be assigned to high crime/high volume commands for program. List B are going to be doing the program in their present command. So if you're not on patrol you're going to a new command. If you're currently assigned to a patrol function you stay at your command and do program there. That is what I heard. Pretty reliable
