Will be protesting the question regarding confrontations. Based on the choices there were none that were verbatum from the PG. One choice said to have the cop take out his ID in a controlled manner (never specified slow) which is a point they went to on the last exam also the other apparently "correct" answer said for the cop to holster his firearm and put his hands in the air. i dont have the PG near me right now but i checked and there is no statement about holstering a firearm. it merely says while doing admin work in civ. attire, wear shield near holster but make an attempt to move shield near chest area when taking enforcement action
Also, the 207 question regarding notifying IAB, it was the officers on scene right?
fire question- supervisor I chose advise FDNY incident commander of the number of mos in the building but i heard a few people say it was proceed immediately to the incident command post

The sergeant in that question was second on scene. I believe the correct answer was direct the UMOS to direct responding emergency vehicles.
Edit: second sergeant on scene I meant

btw Im new to this thing so not sure if im posting/replying the right way. What did you guys get for the use of force question- cop takesdown perp to the ground- perp goes to the ER and needs stitches. I put level 1 force (takedown) but inv by CO/Duty Capt. Some people i spoke to said because of the injury its level 2 force but i don't agree.
fire question- ive been getting mixed answers. half people say report to incident command post/ half say advise incident commander number of mos inside
what about the diplomat quest. i think i put do not detain once identity is verifed by intel or something like that

Yep, patrol supervisor (subject of the question): Immediately assign uniformed members of the service to direct and control responding emergency vehicles to allow free access to affected area.
He was the second sergeant on scene as well. Also the answer for the cop question before it was to inform FD personnel how many cops are in the building.

the scaffolding question I also picked ops....with the question on force figures I got 30 but I guess that wasn't it. There the weed question with the husband, I chose wait but one of the cops in my cmd said that DCAS was trying to trap u into what we would so in the real world. They wanted what was in the patrol guide...I too felt that was a judgement question. The one question they def need to throw out in addition to others is the question that did not have whether they were looking for a correct or incorrect answer. Don't remember what I put but they should def toss that. We should definitely get all our info together so when they mail us the protest session date we will be ready. A lot of people I know said the in basket was ridiculous.
