These spam ads are posted for SEO trying to get back links in Google and bing. Administrator needs to log into admin panel and delete the post and user. If you don't watch it carefully the spamming can get out of hand.

It seems throughout history the average per year has been around 200...im hoping to be about 100 away come june this way im on target to make it by end of the year
