Just thought I'd share some info... This is not confirmed... But I heard that the 06 list is done... They are looking to release list within the next two weeks and the number of throw outs and/or double answer is 8... Like i said not confirmed but its coming from omap.. Just sharing what I heard .. maybe others have heard similar..
I did hear 8 throwouts without mention of double answers but if thats the overall number thats pretty low in my opinion.
yeah.. I don't know whats going on with review panel .. but I am hearing they're pushing for a couple more

22 has happened before, a capt's exam in the late 90's. it's not unheard of

Look at the thread about throwouts, it does states 8 but there were tons of other questions that definately need to be addressed. There were too many conflicting judgement questions not to mention patrol guide and in-basket disasters for that number to be accurate. Then again we work for NYPD, nothing they do makes sense at times.

It can't be only 8 they would have to announce another test immediately. 6 months to study another 6 months for the list to come out. 8 throwouts will get u a list of only about 200. It'll take only about a year to get through it.

The list is already over 200 with ppl who passed. 8 throwouts/doubles will get a list of about 500.

That would not help anyone. It'll just create a big list like 2006.
