commanding officer isnt a rank...........LT can be a CO......scumbag question
It's a designation not a rank so all lts are not c.o.s. I think that has to be stated that you are Lt designated co

Final determination of all dept veh accidents will be made by C.O. Pct of occurence. Show me one pct that has a Lt as its commanding officer.
The procedure directs the discipline to a capt+

Good Point. Yes, A LT. can be a C.O. (Special Victims, etc.; but procedure does say decision to discipline is made by C.O. PRECINCT of Occurrence)
Besides, don't know if u guys remember but the question had a SGT. ASKING the Lt. what HE should do. It wasn't even directed at a Lt.

I don't remember what number, and I don't know about you guys, but I didn't want to sign off on ANY of the vouchers. But it wasn't a choice so I had to pick one. I picked the narcotics. But I felt forced.
