AHH, So smarthuh? you, my friend, are the reason I come back to these sites after tests are given. To see guys like you, shaking like a leaf, doubting themselves, doubting other people, never sure who to believe, what to believe. I love it! You are a walking contridiction, claiming that "this is all bullcrap" and "im not going to torture myself with whatifs" yet you are still here, waiting, with fingers crossed, that an answer gets changed in your favor, so maybe, just maybe, you will be able to get some sleep tonight. I was there, I feel your pain. But don't come on here with a holier than thou attitude claiming that if people are so confident that they shouldn't "bother with this". This site is a place for guys to try to ease there minds by shooting out questions and finding that other person who had the same answer so maybe they can somehow protest it and get that much needed point. So ease up, take a breath, if you don't like what goes on here, leave. Go back to the Rant where, by the use of the good old "troll" comment, I know you love to watch, but can't post because you don't want to send Ed a photocopy of your ID card. I know you to well young man. PS If you do somehow get enough double answers and throw outs to pass, lose the attitude, it will hold you back.

*****STOP POSTING QUESTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!All of you that worked hard studying long hrs for 6 months.....think twice before putting ur questions.....its not the question if u will make the list....its more about seniority.....u will be losing ur seniority to the people ur giving questions...to.....so dont complain if u cant get the holidays or summer off.....its ur doing.......also no disrespect to the military guys....i served my time as well.....just dont think its fair.....and if there are a lot people that pass this exam which I think since it was straight forward.....then those with low marks.....watch out......u giving out questions and answers might.....mean cutting u off the list and studying again......for the same test.......so STOP POSTING QUESTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am going by what the patrol guide says guys. I respect the following answer key. I just added question number 27 and 51. if it does not make sence, you can write me or call police on me.
1C 2C 3C 4A 5D 6B 7B 8C 9B 10D 11B 12D 13C 14A 15A 16B 17A 18D 19A 20C 21B 22D 23D 24C 25A/B-LEANING TOWARDS B 26B 27BReason is that the cop lost it in Orange county and he works in 50 so, 50th pct is his parmanent command. look at Patrol guide 219-21 page number 1396 for Looseleaf. "Note": in Nassau or Suffolk Counties, notify desk officer of 105 pct. in Westchester, Orange, Putnam or Rockland counties notifyy desk officer of 50th pct or if loss happens outside of nyc and the residence county, notify the operation also notify local police dept immediately and request to transmit a FINEST MASSAGE notification to this Department. 28A 29C 30A 31A 32D 33B 34A/B-50/50 35A 36C 37A 38D 39B 40C 41C 42D 43C 44A 45A 46D 47A 48A 49B 50A/C 51Aif you think this question is regarding Leg restraints, the answer is A as per as patrol guide 210-01 page number 632 for looseleaf. Step number 19 a I.O 16 of 2003 it says> place leg restriants on prisoner to transoprt if it is determined prisoner is a potential escape risk, OR prisonerrefused to be fingerprinted OR prisoner being transoprted to hospital for medical treatment. Then it says in the note section:> Leg Restraints MUST be used when transporting a prisoner that has refused to be fingerprinted and all prisoner being transported to hospital. 52B 53C 54D 55A 56D 57A 58B 59D 60D 61A 62D 63C 64C 65D 66B 67B 68D 69B 70A 71D 72A 73A 74C 75B 76D 77A 78C 79A 80D 81C 82C 83C 84C 85C 86D 87D 88D 89C 90A 91A 92D 93D 94A/C LEANING A 95A/C LEANING C 96B 97D 98C 99B 100C

As I said before, these list(s) were to give us an "IDEA" on how we did. After 6 or more , months of studying and sacrafice, it is only natural that people would be curious. However, please don't turn this into a rant style thread and argue with one another. There is no need for it. If you know you passed, your good to go. If your bordeline, there is no sense letting this list drive you crazy. There is nothing that can be done and this list is NOT final. Just be patient and await the final DCAS results. Thanks to 43CPOP and Dan's work, I feel better about how I did. But I wont be 100% confident till 2/25.
P.S. If you sent me a private messgae, you al have replies.

first step everyone HAS to mail in the request THIS WEEK with a self addressed stamped legal sized envelope so they can mail you back your appointment date and time. I has to be done within ONE WEEK of the test. the protests don't occur until after the DCAS key comes out (of course) and lasts for 30 days, and from what I heard, you go there with your answer key and you can bring your guide or notes or whatever and they give you a copy of the test so you can see exactly which ones you got wrong. on the back of the answer sheet it tells you how to actually go about protesting your questions.

No way. 1500 combined have not gotten above a 70 if you add up the 03,06, and 07 test combined. Maybe 600-700 passed, if that.

gonna protest the cims 49 an 50 first off p.g. doesnt define that a bridge is a sturcture so why should it be a given it should have to state that it is and then 50 the order is not defined properly it gives to do 3 an 4 together when the question asked which 1 comes first.

i believe that question #47 should be (B) not (A)...i my memory serves me right...that was the one in regards to releasing info of a minor to the media..kid 15 sex w/ 10..RAPE 1 due to vic being less than 11 but perp not JO cause he less than 11 not sub 1 or 2....so can't release his name...
