I was sent files of people who got 70+. I think day 1 state included the make up people which is why theres so many people we see passed on day 1. Few people I know that got in the 60s are now on that list.
even with them it's only 200

Just throwing this out there as a simple example. I might be 100% wrong. Im completely making up these numbers but its a good example of how this might have happened:
lets say 2000 people took day 1 session 1 and 500 passed. 500/2000=25%
then lets say they threw Make up passers on the list. Instead of 500 you have 700. I doubt they would add those who failed to the denominator. so youll have 700/2000 which is 35%.
again these numbers I picked are made up but it shows how that If they threw 200 names on it makes a difference.

it makes a difference and can be justified vs session 2, maybe even 4. But you can't have a session like session 3 where everyone who walked in basically failed.

Of course it does, but I dont understand how people literally make numbers up and throw them out there like that. It can be less than 200 or more. none of us knows lol. But your 100% right, it does make a difference.

People are making up numbers to put into perspective the situation... It's irrelevant either way but makes sense why test 2 and 4 are off by so much to test 1. We literally just figured that out on our own by making up numbers... Now test 3 is still a mystery.

This makes zero sense either and I hate to use 15 seconds of my time to guess but do you think its a possibility that they fd up what day someone took it? maybe some of the day 2 session 1 people are on the other list. bc I definitely see make up people on day 1 list.
does anyone see someone they know on the wrong list?

I think it actually makes perfect sense if you think about it. Day 2 apparently had gotten answers, from day 1 Test takers. However, it looks like the test writers clearly changed the answers From test to test. This doesnt necessarily mean any test was harder from another test. But if someone isnt reading the question, and is just told If you see this procedure, the answer is this etc then they are just blindly answering questions based on what information is given to them by other people. I believe this both tricked the later test takers, and was also a mind fuc* to later test takers even if they studied a lot. Lastly, day 1 am, had ZERO input from other test takers, and did the best. I give kudos to the test writers. They clearly created 4 different tests, that day 2 people were not able to cheat on. Although there is no fool proof way of administering these tests. You cannot deny that there was NO information that was passed from day 1 people to day 2 people that they actually benefitted from. Day 2 test takers were playing checkers, the exam writers were playing chess.

I agree with this assessment. It appears Day 2 test takers may have relied heavily on the input of Day 1 test takers whether it was conscious or subconscious. Day 1 session 1 passers calculation cant be accurately assessed because it is unknown the amount of make up test takers in that pool. With Covid and military the number of make up exams could vary widely. According to the militaryextended leave desk the job has somewhere in the range of 800 members deployed i.e drills or active deployment at a time. Combine that Covid and that make up exam number can look crazy when combined with the historic very high percentage passing rate of make up test takers. But when comparing day 1 session 2 with day 2 session 2 theres a 7% difference which is quite significant. There could be numerous amount of speculation as to what caused the differences in passing rates. But by civil service exam case law DCAS must administer a similar exam, and what they did was administer the exam same procedures (including the make up) but played around with answer choices and what they were looking for. Based on human nature and the wide spread scandal surrounding this exam it appears the day 2 test takes relied heavily on day 1 input thinking it was the same exam with the same choices therefore the answer choice must be the same when in fact it wasnt.
Secondly I just want to mention the list that was released is the raw score including throwouts. Because of the throwouts the answer key to the exam is changed therefore it can be considered a raw score to the test because that is the raw score before seniority points, medals or any curve is applied.
As of now it appears people with a score of 63 have passed this exam. Meaning there is a potential to pick up 7 points o if the throwouts are in your favor. Meaning you got it wrong on test day but the answer key was changed to include the choice you selected on test day.

I was Day 1 7:30 never bought into the idea that Day 2 had a huge advantage. They def did have an advantage of knowing what was covering it but I think that was mainly those who studied anyway. In other words if you made the effort to study then the heads up would benefit more compared to a Day 2 who only read 202. most of the Day 1 people I know who passed wasnt Hating on Day 2 for their advantage lol

The fact that DCAS does not have to provide a copy of each test distributed per day/per session is ridiculous. A FOIL request should be able to obtain a copy of each exam so they can be fact-checked thoroughly.
