Yeah that was the right one. I did the same as you. I kept thinking pat sup certifies cops activity log entries by putting date time rank and signature and comments. So I went with remove the body even though I knew he needed permission from ME and Detective investigating. Just figured maybe he had to get there permission if possible or something like that. Too much overthinking on my part. Everyone kept saying when you take the test go with your first pick. I Should have listened to people and just Went with my first pick.

i think it also says that if you dont use transport chains than you just have to make a command log entry. so it says you MUST use transport chains but it also gives you a way out by making the entry for times when youre supposed to use chains and dont.

If no chains then you must use an additional escorting officer.

Enough with the transport chains you got it wrong. It said in the Inbasket no chains and the C.O gave you directions what to do since you do not have them. Let's try to protest one of the other 99 questions instead.

Protesting questions won't do a damn thing, NOTHING was thrown out on the 2015 lieutenant exam after they protested hundreds and hundreds of protests to those questions... Dcas said... "No". They only understand one thing, is when a judge tells them what to do. This calls for more than just providing DCAS proof and writing a protest, this requires action on our part!! If only 8% passed of those who took it, that's probably only 400 people who took it... That's my guess. That's disgusting.

What are you talking about? In the question it said according to 210-01 and if you read the patrol guide which the test is from you will see step 17a says additional escorting officer is no transport chains But step 21a says more then 2 prisoners (which was in the question) you must use transport chains. It's a conflict between the 2 steps.

Read step 17a and then 21a in 210-01. It's a conflict between the 2 steps. One says if they aren't available the other says they must be available. Since they weren't then the transport shouldn't of took place

DCAS had nothing to do with writing this test, they just administered it. For the first time, the job had final say on what goes on the test.

The protestable questions that I have come up with, in my opinion are:
1. The diplomat question can be argued as a double answer. 2. The family offense can be argued as a double answer or possible throwout. 3. #97 which they never asked you a question is an automatic throwout. 4. The LBB in the in-basket I believe they cited People vs Michael II but meant to cite People vs Green. 5. The scaffold question is probably unlikely but it's at least debatable. 6. The active shooter question where they cited it as per 212 but meant 221.
Edit** 7. The QRS question is also arguable.
My friends and I compiled a list of every topic questioned by PG section on the test and have combed it many times. This is pretty much all we can think of, give or take 1 or 2.

I agree and I got it right but if you look at step 1a it says diplomats may be detained particularly if there is public danger. The answer on the test said detain and verify at SH. Since he didn't show credentials immediately, you can make the argument that you could detain him. Detaining doesn't have to be on scene it can be at SH. The argument can be made as a double answer. Not a throwout. I'm not saying it's definite just that its arguable.

Not to be a c u next Tuesday but how in the world are you going to fight the family offense? You got it wrong... try and use your resources to go after another question to fight.
